style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u636eConnecticut\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5408\u6cd5\u4e14\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u6297\u8fa9\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u5e76\u975e\u4e00\u4ef6\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u4e8b\u3002 \u4e3b\u5f20\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u5e76\u4e0d\u5fc5\u7136\u5bfc\u81f4\u6848\u4ef6\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u6216\u88ab\u544a\u88ab\u5224\u65e0\u7f6a\u3002\u5b83\u8981\u6c42\u6ee1\u8db3\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u4f7f\u6cd5\u5b98\u6216\u966a\u5ba1\u56e2\u80fd\u591f\u6839\u636eConnecticut\u5173\u4e8e\u6b63\u5f53\u4f7f\u7528\u6b66\u529b\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9648\u8ff0\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u60c5\u51b5\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u6587\u9610\u8ff0\u4e86\u5728Connecticut\u88ad\u51fb\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u7684\u9002\u7528\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e3b\u5f20\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u54ea\u4e9b\u65b9\u9762\u4f1a\u5931\u8d25\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f53\u60a8\u786e\u5b9e\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u6216\u4ed6\u4eba\u800c\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u65f6\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u6784\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee4\u4eba\u4fe1\u670d\u7684\u8fa9\u62a4\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u88ab\u63a7\u88ad\u51fb\u7f6a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8ba4\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5728\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\uff0c, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh\/%e8%81%94%e7%b3%bb%e6%88%91%e4%bb%ac\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4eca\u5929\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u529e\u516c\u5ba4<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u514d\u8d39\u54a8\u8be2\u3002\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u4e3b\u5f20\u7684\u529b\u5ea6\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u5982\u4f55\u6784\u5efa\u5b83\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u201cConnecticut\u6cd5\u201d\u5bf9\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut\u7684\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u6cd5\u4e3b\u8981\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e8e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_951.htm#sec_53a-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut \u300a\u4e00\u822c\u6cd5\u89c4\u300b\u7b2c53a-19\u6761<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u5b83\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u6b66\u529b\u4f55\u65f6\u662f\u6b63\u5f53\u7684\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4f55\u65f6\u662f\u4e0d\u6b63\u5f53\u7684\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6838\u5fc3\u89c4\u5219\u5728\u4e8e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_951.htm#sec_53a-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 53a-19(a)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\uff1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6709\u6b63\u5f53\u7406\u7531\u5bf9\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u5408\u7406\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6b66\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u6216\u7b2c\u4e09\u4eba\u514d\u53d7\u5176\u5408\u7406\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6b63\u5728\u53d1\u751f\u6216\u5373\u5c06\u6765\u4e34\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6b66\u529b\u4fb5\u5bb3\u3002\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6b66\u529b\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u8be5\u4eba\u5408\u7406\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u8be5\u76ee\u7684\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u7269\u7406\u6b66\u529b\uff0c\u5373\u80fd\u591f\u5bfc\u81f4\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6216\u4e25\u91cd\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u7684\u6b66\u529b\uff0c\u5176\u6807\u51c6\u8981\u9ad8\u5f97\u591a\u3002\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u7b26\u5408\u7b2c \u00a7 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_951.htm#sec_53a-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">53a-19(a)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5f53\u6b64\u4eba\u5408\u7406\u5730\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bf9\u65b9\u6b63\u5728\u6216\u5373\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u6b66\u529b\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u6b63\u5728\u6216\u5373\u5c06\u9020\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u5408\u7406\u201d\u548c\u201c\u76f8\u4fe1\u201d\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u8bcd\u8d2f\u7a7f\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6846\u67b6\u3002Connecticut\u5e76\u4e0d\u8981\u6c42\u5a01\u80c1\u786e\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8981\u6c42\u88ab\u544a\u5408\u7406\u5730\u76f8\u4fe1\u5a01\u80c1\u786e\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u4f46\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fe1\u5ff5\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u5904\u4e8e\u76f8\u540c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u5408\u7406\u4eba\u4e5f\u4f1a\u6301\u6709\u7684\u4fe1\u5ff5\u3002\u4ec5\u51ed\u4e3b\u89c2\u4e0a\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u611f\u662f\u4e0d\u591f\u7684\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u64a4\u9000\u4e49\u52a1\u2014\u2014Connecticut \u5e76\u975e\u201c\u634d\u536b\u81ea\u8eab\u6743\u76ca\u201d\u5dde<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut\u81ea\u536b\u6cd5\u4e2d\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u4e14\u6700\u5e38\u88ab\u8bef\u89e3\u7684\u65b9\u9762\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u64a4\u9000\u4e49\u52a1\u3002Connecticut\u5e76\u975e\u5b9e\u884c\u201c\u575a\u5b88\u9635\u5730\u201d\u539f\u5219\u7684\u5dde\u3002\u6839\u636e style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u201cConnecticut\u201d\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5728\u52a8\u7528\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u82e5\u80fd\u5b89\u5168\u64a4\u9000\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u64a4\u9000\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u8be5\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5e76\u975e\u6700\u521d\u7684\u653b\u51fb\u8005\uff0c\u6b64\u89c4\u5b9a\u540c\u6837\u9002\u7528\u3002\u5728\u52a8\u7528\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u524d\u5fc5\u987b\u64a4\u9000\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u662f\u672c\u5dde\u4e00\u9879\u5207\u5b9e\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u53ef\u5f3a\u5236\u6267\u884c\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u6216\u5728\u8b66\u5b98\u7684\u6307\u793a\u4e0b\u534f\u52a9\u8b66\u5b98\u7684\u79c1\u4eba<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9664\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u51b5\u5916\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u88ab\u544a\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u64a4\u9000\u673a\u4f1a\u5374\u9009\u62e9\u4e0d\u64a4\u9000\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4f7f\u7528\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u65e0\u6cd5\u5f97\u5230\u6b63\u5f53\u8fa9\u62a4\u2014\u2014\u5373\u4f7f\u88ab\u544a\u786e\u5b9e\u5bf9\u81ea\u8eab\u5b89\u5168\u611f\u5230\u6050\u60e7\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u6b66\u529b\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9000\u8ba9\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u575a\u5b88\u7acb\u573a\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5408\u7406\u7684\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u6765\u4fdd\u536b\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u9996\u5148\u8bd5\u56fe\u9003\u79bb\u8be5\u5904\u5883\u3002\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u4e0e\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u6b66\u529b\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8fd9\u79cd\u533a\u522b\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u8fa9\u62a4\u5f8b\u5e08\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u4e3b\u5f20\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u9996\u5148\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u7684\u60c5\u5f62<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_951.htm#sec_53a-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut \u300a\u4e00\u822c\u6cd5\u89c4\u300b\u7b2c53a-19(c)\u6761<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6545\u610f\u6311\u8845\u5bf9\u65b9\u2014\u2014\u610f\u56fe\u9020\u6210\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u2014\u2014\u800c\u5bf9\u65b9\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6b66\u529b\u56de\u51fb\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4f60\u968f\u540e\u5c06\u4e0d\u80fd\u9488\u5bf9\u8be5\u56de\u51fb\u4e3b\u5f20\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6700\u521d\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u653b\u51fb\u8005\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ed3\u679c\u662f\u76f8\u540c\u7684\uff1a\u6b63\u5f53\u9632\u536b\u7684\u6297\u8fa9\u7406\u7531\u4e0d\u6210\u7acb\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u5f53\u8be5\u529b\u91cf\u662f\u53cc\u65b9\u8fbe\u6210\u6218\u6597\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u65f6\u3002\u7b80\u4f53\u4e2d\u6587\uff08\u5927\u9646\uff09.<\/b><span
