href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh_hk\/#practice-areas\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4<\/span> <\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee3\u8868\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u7684\u5168\u9ad4\u5211\u4e8b\u88ab\u544a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6d89\u53ca\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\u7684\u6307\u63a7\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u5211\u4e8b\u9055\u53cd\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4 (C.G.S. \u00a7 53a-223)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0b <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_952.htm#sec_53a-223\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u7e3d\u6cd5 \u00a7 53a-223<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u500b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u70ba\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u88ab\u63a7\u5211\u4e8b\u9055\u53cd\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u64da\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5df2\u91dd\u5c0d\u8a72\u4eba\u58eb\u767c\u51fa\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u64da\u7a31\u8a72\u4eba\u9055\u53cd\u4e86\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u689d\u6b3e\u3002.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5dde\u80fd\u5426\u8b49\u660e\u9055\u898f\uff0c\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u63aa\u8fad\u3001\u5468\u908a\u4e8b\u5be6\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0a\u5448\u73fe\u7684\u53ef\u63a1\u7d0d\u8b49\u64da\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u570b\u5bb6\u901a\u5e38\u5fc5\u9808\u8b49\u660e\u7684\u4e8b\u9805<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8981\u7372\u5f97\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u6aa2\u65b9\u5fc5\u9808\u6392\u9664\u5408\u7406\u61f7\u7591\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u4ef6\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6b64\u985e\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u554f\u984c\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u662f\u5426\u91dd\u5c0d\u88ab\u544a\u767c\u51fa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u88ab\u544a\u662f\u5426\u77e5\u6089\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u53ca\u5176\u689d\u6b3e<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u547d\u4ee4\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u4e86\u54ea\u4e9b\u9650\u5236<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a72\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u662f\u5426\u9055\u53cd\u4e86\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u689d\u4ef6<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u65bc\u6bcf\u5b97\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u5177\u9ad4\u722d\u9ede\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u88c1\u6c7a\u5167\u5bb9\u53ca\u8b49\u64da\u800c\u7570\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u91cd\u7f6a\u5206\u985e<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5211\u4e8b\u9055\u72af\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\u901a\u5e38\u662fD\u7d1a\u91cd\u7f6a\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u6cd5\u898f\u5b9a\u7fa9\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u2014\u2014\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7576\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u6d89\u53ca\u9650\u5236\u4ed6\u4eba\u4eba\u8eab\u81ea\u7531\u6216\u7279\u5b9a\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u884c\u70ba\u6642\u2014\u2014\u8a72\u6307\u63a7\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u5347\u7d1a\u70baC\u7d1a\u91cd\u7f6a\u3002. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u5211\u4e8b\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u5211\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u767c\u5e03\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\uff0c\u5c0d\u7279\u5b9a\u4eba\u58eb\u65bd\u52a0\u65e8\u5728\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u9019\u985e\u547d\u4ee4\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u6d89\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u6216\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u767c\u51fa\uff0c\u4f46\u6839\u64da\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6388\u6b0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u689d\u4ef6\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u505c\u6b62\u806f\u7d61<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7d55\u4e0d\u9a37\u64fe<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9060\u96e2\u8981\u6c42<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u53d7\u9650\u901a\u8a0a<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4e0d\u5f97\u8fd4\u56de\u4f4f\u6240<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u78ba\u5207\u689d\u6b3e\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5177\u9ad4\u6cd5\u9662\u547d\u4ee4\u3002\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\u95dc\u65bc <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jud.ct.gov\/faq\/protectiveorder.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8207\u5eb7\u6d85\u72c4\u683c\u5dde\u53f8\u6cd5\u90e8\u9580\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\u54ea\u4e9b\u884c\u70ba\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u9055\u53cd\u898f\u5b9a\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a31\u591a\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u9055\u898f\u884c\u70ba\u4e26\u4e0d\u6d89\u53ca\u6232\u5287\u6027\u7684\u5c0d\u5cd9\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u8af8\u5982\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5167\u5bb9\u7684\u6307\u63a7\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u3001\u7c21\u8a0a\u6216\u8a0a\u606f<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u95dc\u9375\u554f\u984c\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u8a9e\u8a00\u4ee5\u53ca\u570b\u5bb6\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u8b49\u660e\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u9055\u53cd\u4e86\u547d\u4ee4\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u91cd\u8981\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u95dc\u65bc\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u4eba\u767c\u8d77\u7684\u806f\u7e6b<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5373\u4f7f\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u4eba\u4e3b\u52d5\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u81ea\u52d5\u66f4\u6539\u6216\u53d6\u6d88\u6cd5\u9662\u547d\u4ee4\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u6cd5\u9662\u624d\u80fd\u4fee\u6539\u8a72\u547d\u4ee4\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u53d7\u547d\u4ee4\u7d04\u675f\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u61c9\u56b4\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u5176\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6cd5\u9662\u6b63\u5f0f\u66f4\u6539\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u70ba\u4f55\u9019\u4e9b\u6307\u63a7\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u9805\u9055\u898f\u6307\u63a7\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u6848\u4ef6\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u8907\u96dc\u3002\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5f8c\u679c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9762\u81e8\u91cd\u7f6a\u5b9a\u7f6a\u7684\u98a8\u96aa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" 400;\">\u8996\u60c5\u6cc1\u800c\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u66ff\u4ee3\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u8655\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u6cd5\u9662<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9055\u53cd\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\u7684\u6307\u63a7\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d\u8d77\u8a34\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a 400;\">\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u4ee3\u8868\u5ba2\u6236\u8655\u7406\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u5404\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u9019\u4e9b\u6307\u63a7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jud.ct.gov\/directory\/directory\/directions\/12.htm\" target=\"_blank\" 400;\">\u7576\u5730\u7fd2\u4fd7\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6392\u7a0b\u3001\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u722d\u8b70\u3001\u4fee\u6539\u8acb\u6c42\u548c\u6848\u4ef6\u8655\u7406\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u9055\u53cd\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7acb\u5373\u505c\u6b62\u6240\u6709\u806f\u7e6b\u3002\u8acb\u52ff\u5617\u8a66\u76f4\u63a5\u8207\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u4eba\u89e3\u6c7a\u6b64\u4e8b\u3002\u4fdd\u5b58\u76f8\u95dc\u901a\u8a0a\u53ca\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u5be9\u95b1\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u78ba\u5207\u63aa\u8fad\uff0c\u4e26 \u5728\u5411\u57f7\u6cd5\u4eba\u54e1\u6216\u6aa2\u5bdf\u5b98\u767c\u8868\u8072\u660e\u4e4b\u524d\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u9762\u81e8\u9055\u53cd\u4fdd\u8b77\u4ee4\u7684\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh_hk\/%e8%81%af%e7%b5%a1%e6%88%91%e5%80%91\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u806f\u7e6b\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u514d\u8cbb\u8aee\u8a62<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">
