400;\">\u4e00\u6b21\u4f8b\u884c\u4ea4\u901a\u6514\u6aa2\u3002\u4e00\u5f35\u525b\u904e\u671f\u7684\u5916\u5dde\u99d5\u7167\u3002\u6f0f\u8fa6\u4e86\u8eca\u8f1b\u7ba1\u7406\u8655\uff08DMV\uff09\u7684\u6062\u5fa9\u99d5\u7167\u624b\u7e8c\u3002\u642c\u5bb6\u5f8c\u672a\u53d6\u5f97 Connecticut \u99d5\u7167\u5373\u4e0a\u8def\u99d5\u99db\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4eba\u5011\u5728 Connecticut \u5730\u5340\u5e38\u56e0\u4f55\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u800c\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u7121\u7167\u99d5\u99db\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8a31\u591a\u99d5\u99db\u54e1\u8a8d\u70ba\u7121\u8b49\u99d5\u99db\u53ea\u4e0d\u904e\u662f\u4e00\u5f35\u5c0f\u984d\u4ea4\u901a\u7f70\u55ae\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u5148\u524d\u7684\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u6b64\u4e8b\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u7f70\u6b3e\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u7d2f\u72af\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9762\u81e8\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u76e3\u7981\u98a8\u96aa\u3002 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_246.htm#sec_14-36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut \u300a\u4e00\u822c\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u7b2c 14-36 \u689d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672c\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u70ba\u5728Connecticut\u5168\u5883\u9762\u81e8\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\u53ca\u5211\u4e8b\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52d9\u3002. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh_hk\/%e8%81%af%e7%b5%a1%e6%88%91%e5%80%91\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7acb\u5373\u806f\u7e6b Flannery Law<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8a0e\u8ad6\u60a8\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u7121\u8b49\u64cd\u4f5c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0b <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_246.htm#sec_14-36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut \u300a\u4e00\u822c\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u7b2c 14-36 \u689d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5728 Connecticut \u7684\u516c\u5171\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u2014\u2014\u6216\u5df2\u8a2d\u6709\u901f\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u2014\u2014\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u99d5\u99db\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u8a72\u4eba\u5df2\u53d6\u5f97\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\u99d5\u99db\u57f7\u7167\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6307\u63a7\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u5728\u6709\u4eba\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5f9e\u672a\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u7167<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u99d5\u7167\u904e\u671f\u672a\u7e8c\u671f\u5f8c\u958b\u8eca<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5df2\u79fb\u8f49\u81f3 Connecticut\uff0c\u4f46\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u671f\u9650\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u6240\u9700\u7684\u79fb\u8f49\u6b65\u9a5f<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5426\u5247\u672a\u7372\u5408\u6cd5\u6388\u6b0a\u99d5\u99db<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u91cd\u8981\uff1a\u91dd\u5c0d\u65b0\u5165\u5883\u7684 Connecticut \u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u8a2d\u6709 60 \u5929\u7684\u5bec\u9650\u671f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0b <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_246.htm#sec_14-36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 14-36(b)(2)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u5916\u5dde\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\u99d5\u99db\u57f7\u7167\u4e14\u5df2\u5728 Connecticut \u5efa\u7acb\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u8a72\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u5f8c 60 \u5929\u5167\u99d5\u99db\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\u2014\u2014\u60df\u8a72\u8eca\u8f1b\u9808\u5c6c\u5176\u5916\u5dde\u99d5\u99db\u57f7\u7167\u6240\u6db5\u84cb\u4e4b\u540c\u985e\u5225\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9019\u6bb5\u5bec\u9650\u671f\u76f4\u63a5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u5728\u9077\u5c45\u81f3 Connecticut \u5f8c\u4e0d\u4e45\u5373\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u7121\u7167\u99d5\u99db\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u82e5\u5728\u88ab\u6514\u6aa2\u6642\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5916\u5dde\u99d5\u7167\uff0c\u4e14 60 \u5929\u7684\u5bec\u9650\u671f\u5c1a\u672a\u5c46\u6eff\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u69cb\u6210\u5c0d\u8a72\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u5b8c\u5168\u6297\u8faf\u7406\u7531\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u6b64\u9805\u8207\u540a\u92b7\u99d5\u99db\u57f7\u7167\u671f\u9593\u99d5\u99db\u6709\u4f55\u4e0d\u540c<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7121\u8b49\u7d93\u71df <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_246.htm#sec_14-36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 14-36<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5e38\u8207\u300c\u540a\u92b7\u99d5\u7167\u671f\u9593\u99d5\u99db\u300d\u6df7\u6dc6 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_248.htm#sec_14-215\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connecticut \u300a\u4e00\u822c\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u7b2c 14-215 \u689d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u9019\u5340\u5225\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7121\u8b49\u7d93\u71df\u901a\u5e38\u6307\u5f9e\u672a\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u57f7\u7167\uff0c\u6216\u672a\u80fd\u59a5\u5584\u7e8c\u671f\u6216\u8f49\u8b93\u57f7\u7167<\/span><\/li>\n<li 400;\">\u540a\u92b7\u99d5\u7167\u99d5\u99db\u662f\u6307\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u4f46\u96a8\u5f8c\u88ab\u540a\u92b7\u6216\u64a4\u92b7\u7684\u99d5\u7167\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u540a\u92b7\u99d5\u7167\u671f\u9593\u99d5\u99db\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5148\u524d\u4efb\u4e00\u6cd5\u898f\u4e0b\u7684\u5b9a\u7f6a\u90fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u6cd5\u898f\u7684\u8655\u7f70\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u9805\u6307\u63a7\u9069\u7528\u4ee5\u53ca\u70ba\u4f55\u9069\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u5236\u5b9a\u8faf\u8b77\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u5e38\u898b\u5c0e\u81f4\u6536\u8cbb\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u5e38\u5e38\u767c\u751f\u5728\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4fdd\u96aa\u8abf\u67e5<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DMV \u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u67e5\u8a62<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5f9e\u5176\u4ed6\u5dde\u9077\u5165\uff0c\u537b\u672a\u5728 60 \u5929\u671f\u9650\u5167\u5b8c\u6210 Connecticut \u57f7\u7167\u7533\u8acb<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u99d5\u99db\u54e1\u5728\u88ab\u6514\u4e0b\u6642\u4e26\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u4ecd\u6709\u724c\u7167\u554f\u984c\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 Flannery Law\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6df1\u77e5\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u770b\u4f3c\u5fae\u4e0d\u8db3\u9053\u7684\u9055\u898f\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u60a8\u7684\u99d5\u7167\u3001\u4fdd\u96aa\u4ee5\u53ca\u751f\u8a08\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u97ff\u3002. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh_hk\/%e8%81%af%e7%b5%a1%e6%88%91%e5%80%91\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8a0e\u8ad6\u60a8\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u5728 Connecticut \u5730\u5340\u7121\u7167\u71df\u904b\u7684\u7f70\u5247<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7f70\u5247 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/current\/pub\/chap_246.htm#sec_14-36\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 14-36<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u9ad8\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8cf4\u65bc\u5148\u524d\u6b77\u53f2\u3002\u8a72\u6cd5\u898f\u5275\u5efa\u4e86\u4e09\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7b49\u7d1a\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u521d\u72af \u2014 \u00a7 14-36(i)(1)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u521d\u72af\u8005\u5c07\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u9055\u898f\uff0c\u53ef\u8655\u4ee5\u7f70\u6b3e\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8a08\u5165\u52a0\u91cd\u8655\u7f70\uff0c\u5169\u4eba\u65bc\u540c\u4e00\u5929\u72af\u4e0b\u76f8\u540c\u7f6a\u884c\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u679c\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5176\u904e\u5f80\u7d00\u9304\u800c\u6709\u6975\u5927\u5dee\u7570\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u5148\u524d\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u5b9a\u7f6a\u7d00\u9304\uff0c, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/flannery.law\/zh_hk\/%e8%81%af%e7%b5%a1%e6%88%91%e5%80%91\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u806f\u7e6b Flannery Law<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u76e1\u65e9\u3002\u904e\u5f80\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u6975\u5927\u5730\u5f71\u97ff\u8457\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u800c\u65e9\u671f\u5e72\u9810\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Connecticut \u6cd5\u9662\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8996\u4e4e\u63a7\u7f6a\u5982\u4f55\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u8a72\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u900f\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9014\u5f91\u8655\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\uff1a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jud.ct.gov\/external\/super\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5eb7\u4e43\u72c4\u514b\u5dde\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662<\/span><\/a><span
